Attending rehearsal dinner to run through ceremony processional with wedding party. Planning and coordinating rehearsal dinner is available as an add on.

Wedding Day

14 hours on day of wedding

Direction of ceremony processional

Coordination and assistance with ceremony and reception setup (If set up is to happen a separate day, a fee will be added).

Coordinating florals, entertainment, caterers, etc.

Point of contact for vendors throughout day

Assisting family, wedding party, and guests when needed

Making final payments and gratuity to vendors

Personal day of emergency kit

Dealing with unforeseen hiccups and finding resolutions

Coordinating tear down day of (If tear down is to happen a separate day, a fee will be added).

100+ Guests- 3,500.00

-100 Guests- 3,000.00

Add ons

Day of Coordinating Assistant- 500.00

Extra hours- 100.00 per added hour

Separate day set up- 300.00

Separate day tear down- 200.00

Additional events (Sunday Brunch, Welcome Party, etc.)- 500.00 per event

Planning and coordinating rehearsal dinner- 500.00

Please note, during your thorough consultation, it may be determined that one or more Day of Coordinating Assistants will be required (see fee above) based on how extensive your wedding is. I want to ensure that your big day goes smoothly, and in order to achieve that it might require more hands!
